Just came back from 2 nights at this cozy spot. John and Lisa are super friendly, making us feel right at home! Room was perfect with even a sea view. Sunday dinner was a steal – no need to splurge at fancy places! Just a bummer they stopped evening meals during the week.

Oh, the roast Sunday lunch by John is legendary! Every bite of the locally sourced meats was a true delight. Plus, the breakfast spread was top-notch, featuring fresh fruit salad and perfectly-cooked eggs to kickstart your day. The warm welcome and complimentary sherry in the room added a lovely touch!

The shower was a tad tepid and lacked pressure, making hair washing a challenge. Would have preferred firmer pillows, but to be fair, the fab stay outweighed these minor hiccups. Can’t wait to delve into that Sunday roast soon!

I had a wonderful time at this charming place where the food was superbly presented and tasted amazing, making my stay feel extra special. plus, it's just a short walk to both the dunster village garden and the majestic conygar tower gate where you can soak in the views and indulge in leisurely strolls.

I loved being just a few steps from the beautiful Dunster Village Garden where I enjoyed a relaxing morning stroll, and the fantastic proximity to Dunster Castle made my visit even better as I could easily walk there and soak in the history, the stay felt very homey thanks to the friendly owners who ensured I felt welcomed throughout my visit.

Warm welcome from the owners and they even upgraded our room which was just stunning. The breakfast was freshly cooked and a great way to start the day in a cozy atmosphere.

It wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for.

We had an amazing time, especially enjoying the delicious roast dinner and cozy atmosphere of our dog-friendly room. Relaxation was a breeze with lovely garden spots and easy access for quick walks with our pup. The walls are a bit thin, so earplugs are nice, but it didn't affect our fun at all! 😊
